Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a paralegal or equivalent
• Experience with Trust Funding is a desired
• Paralegal certification from an accredited program preferred

Responsibilities

• Draft estate planning documents like wills and trusts.
• Draft and review deeds.
• Maintain a library of financial institution forms.
• Communicate with clients to keep them apprised of case status.
• Assist with educational events for clients.
• Prepare documents to be recorded with governmental organizations.
• Serve as a liaison between the firm and financial institutions.
