Description:
Our client is currently seeking an Estate Planning Paralegal to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• The creation of estate planning documentation.
• Upkeep of accuracy on all documentation.
• Maintenance of client confidentiality.
• Ensure documents are maintained in accordance with state law.
• Upkeep of communication with clients.
• Accurate document customization based around varying cases.
• Collaboration with the staff to ensure an efficient workflow.

• Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s/ associate’s degree in paralegal studiesor related experience.
• 3+years of relevant experience.
• Experience in trusts and estates is preferred.
• Essentialcomputer skills as well as proficiency in the Microsoft office suite, NetDocuments, and Clio.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Ability to meet deadlines while multitasking.
