Assist clients with intake forms, final documentization, and promptly address any questions throughout the process.
  • Trust Funding Guidance:
Support clients in coordinating asset transfers and ensure proper trust funding for a fully implemented estate plan.

  • Strong verbal communication skills, especially over the phone, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts.
  • Proficiency with estate planning software (e.g., WealthCounsel, Lawyer on Purpose, or Clio).
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks independently while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Experience in addressing client objections and articulating the benefits of professional services.

Compensation & Hours

  • Base Pay: $20/hour, with performance-based increases up to $35/hour plus an incentive bonus.
  • Schedule: Full-time with flexible hours based on appointments and client needs.
  • Pay Periods: Bi-weekly (1st and 15th of each month).

Additional Incentives

  • Trust Completion Bonus
  • Trust Funding Incentive
  • Maximum earning potential of up to $77/hour through trust sales, timely completion bonuses, and funding incentives. High-performing paralegals completing 10+ trusts per week can earn over $2,700 per week.

What Makes This Role Unique?

  • Beyond Traditional Paralegal Duties:
Mentor and consult with clients, guiding them through estate planning well beyond document preparation.
  • Sales & Relationship Building:
Play a crucial role in educating clients and driving the completion of their estate plans.
  • Tech-Driven & Fully Remote:
Leverage advanced estate planning software to enhance the client experience—all from the comfort of your home.
