Job summary

Trueline seeks a Managing Attorney to lead the estate planning and elder law team across four offices. The role is based in Dublin, Lancaster, or St. Clairsville, OH, with a Parkersburg, WV option, and entails monthly travel.

The position is about 80% leadership and 20% client meetings, reporting to the founding attorney and CEO. Compensation includes a $150,000 base salary and a $50,000 annual bonus target, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio or West Virginia law license.
• Extensive estate planning and elder law experience.
• Experience supervising attorneys and support staff.
• Willingness to travel monthly among offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead attorneys, paralegals, and staff across offices.
• Oversee estate planning, probate, and elder law matters.
• Review files for accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Develop team through training and feedback; lead client consultations.
• Travel monthly between the firm’s four offices.
