Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, probate, and tax law.
• Demonstrated expertise in drafting and reviewing estate planning documents.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret tax laws, rulings, and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize tax liabilities.
• Draft, review, and revise wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.
• Provide sound legal advice on estate planning, wealth preservation, and asset protection strategies.
• Represent clients in probate court proceedings and probate administration.
• Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to develop comprehensive estate plans.
• Conduct thorough research on complex legal issues related to estate planning and wealth preservation.
