Qualifications
- JD required from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the state (PA preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of trust and estate, probate, and tax law experience.
- Experience drafting and reviewing estate planning documents.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws related to estate planning and trust administration.
- Excellent negotiation, litigation, and dispute resolution skills.
- Superior communication skills, with ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing comprehensive estate plans for clients to minimize tax liabilities.
- Providing legal advice on trust and estate matters, including drafting and reviewing trust agreements, wills, powers of attorney, and other documents.
- Navigating probate processes, including administration of estates and trusts.
- Advising clients on tax law implications related to estate planning and trust administration.
- Representing clients in court proceedings related to trust and estate disputes.
