• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in good standing.
• 5+ years of estate planning experience.
• Extensive knowledge of trust and estate law, including taxes.
• Experience drafting estate planning documents and advising on wealth transfer.
• Strong negotiation, communication and client management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive legal advice on estate planning, trusts and wills.
• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney and health care directives.
• Advise on wealth transfer strategies and tax implications.
• Meet with clients to gather information and explain options.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on trust and estate law changes.
