Job summary

Oath Law & Planning is seeking an Associate Attorney in Little Rock, Arkansas. You will work in person with clients, guiding them through estate and financial planning decisions and document execution.

You will grow under mentor attorneys while building meaningful client relationships in a collaborative team. No prior estate planning experience is required; we'll teach you the fundamentals and help you develop a deep, client-focused practice.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and active law license are required.
• Strong communication and client interaction skills are essential.
• Willingness to educate clients about estate and financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and speaking events to educate potential clients on estate and financial planning options.
• Meet with clients in consultations, gather information, and help clients take action.
• Design and review personalized estate plans to align with client goals.
• Guide clients through document signing appointments and ensure understanding of plans.
• Collaborate with attorneys, advisors, and staff to deliver seamless client service.
• Maintain detailed electronic records of client meetings and communications.
• Meet weekly with a mentor attorney for ongoing guidance and development.
• Engage clients in integrated estate and financial planning discussions.
• Respond promptly to client needs via email and phone.
