Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and active law license.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Comfort with public speaking and education-based sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple software.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work early evenings twice a month.
• Reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and speaking events for potential clients.
• Meet with clients in consultations and gather information.
• Design and review personalized estate plans.
• Guide clients through document signing appointments.
• Collaborate with attorneys, advisors, and staff.
• Maintain detailed electronic records of client meetings.
• Meet weekly with a mentor attorney for guidance.
• Engage clients in integrated planning discussions.
• Respond promptly to client needs via email and phone.
