Our client, a highly regarded law firm in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Junior Estate Planning Attorney to join their growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to build a long-term career in trusts and estates while working alongside experienced mentors.
Responsibilities
- Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
- Assist with estate and trust administration, including probate proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda for partners and senior attorneys.
- Communicate with clients, financial advisors, and other professionals to implement estate planning strategies.
- Maintain high-quality client service and build strong professional relationships.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the North Carolina Bar
- 1–3 years of estate planning or related experience
Required Skills
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Interest in developing expertise in estate planning and trust/estate administration.
