The ideal candidate will have a NC license with 2+ years in estate planning, probate, and estate/trust administration, strong communication skills, and a commitment to client service.

• Licensed NC attorney with at least 2 years' experience in estate planning, probate, and estate/trust administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

Carolina Family Estate Planning (CFEP) is an education-first law firm based in Cary that provides estate planning, elder law, asset protection, and estate administration legal services. Responsibilities

• Draft and revise wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.

Work Schedule

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Location: Hybrid: Remote and Cary, NC
• Typical Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexibility for client workshop presentations.
