Carolina Family Estate Planning, a Cary, NC-based firm, is seeking a highly motivated Estate Planning Attorney to craft personalized plans and protect clients’ loved ones. The role blends remote work with Cary, NC presence and involves collaboration with a team of experienced professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a NC license with 2+ years in estate planning, probate, and estate/trust administration, strong communication skills, and a commitment to client service.

Qualifications

  • Licensed NC attorney with at least 2 years' experience in estate planning, probate, and estate/trust administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
  • Proficient in legal research and writing.
  • Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and revise wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
  • Advise clients on tax minimization strategies and asset protection.

  • Communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.

Carolina Family Estate Planning (CFEP) is an education-first law firm based in Cary that provides estate planning, elder law, asset protection, and estate administration legal services. We are building a team of enthusiastic, fun, compassionate people to help clients build better lives using the services we provide.

Work Schedule
  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Location: Hybrid: Remote and Cary, NC
  • Typical Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexibility for client workshop presentations.
