Premier Estate Planning Law Firm - SF is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our collaborative team in a hybrid remote setting. You will handle estate planning, trust administration, probate, and related matters with a client‑focused approach.

The ideal candidate has a JD, California Bar in good standing, 3+ years of estate planning experience, and a commitment to integrity, professional growth, and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree required and CA Bar in good standing.
• 3+ years of estate planning experience.
• Ability to manage client relationships and documents with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with estate planning, trust administration, probate, and related legal matters.
• Prepare, review, and organize legal documents while maintaining accurate client files.
• Manage case deadlines and communicate with clients, attorneys, financial professionals, and third parties.
• Coordinate appointments, document execution, and follow-up with clients.
• Provide exceptional client service throughout each stage of the legal process.
• Support attorneys with case management and administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
