Jobot is seeking a Trusts & Estates Associate for a sophisticated planning practice in New York, NY. Hybrid flexibility combines in-office collaboration with remote work, and you will join a nationally recognized private client team.

You will advise on estate planning documents, wealth transfer strategies, and high-net-worth matters, leveraging a strong J.D. and 2-5+ years of experience in trusts & estates to deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of Trusts & Estates experience.
• Experience drafting sophisticated estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney).
• Strong knowledge of estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning and trust administration.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review sophisticated estate planning documents for high-net-worth clients.
• Provide counsel on wealth transfer strategies and trust administration.

Education

J.D. from an accredited law school and active Bar admission
