A well respected law firm in Philadelphia is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney to join its PA office. The role focuses on designing comprehensive estate plans, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and living wills, with emphasis on client-focused service.

You will advise clients on tax-efficient transfers, oversee probate administration, and collaborate with litigation and business groups on complex matters.

My client is a well respected law firm with offices in PA and NJ. They are currently looking for an Estate Planning Attorney for their Philadelphia office

Core Responsibilities

• Estate Planning & Document Drafting: Design and draft comprehensive estate plans, including last wills and testaments, revocable and irrevocable trusts, financial and health care powers of attorney, and living wills.
• Tax & Succession Strategies: Advise private clients on tax-efficient transfers, asset protection, and business succession planning.
• Estate & Probate Administration: Guide executors, trustees, and beneficiaries through probate administration and the settlement of estates.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work in a team environment alongside the firm's litigation and business practice groups to handle complex trusts, will contests, or related tax matters.

General Qualifications

• Experience: Proficiency in estate planning, probate law, and foundational federal/state tax matters.
• Licensure: Active admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (and/or New Jersey Bar, given their regional footprint).
• Client Relations: Strong interpersonal skills to provide the personalized, high-touch guidance characteristic of a mid-sized firm.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 – $175,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
