Job summary

Mulembo Law seeks a driven attorney to build and lead an estates, trust, guardianship, and probate practice in the Phoenix area. You will own the intake, pricing decisions, and marketing for this practice as it grows.

The role blends on-site court appearances in Tucson with remote drafting and case preparation when appropriate. You will join a firm committed to Excellence, Authenticity, and Respect, and you’ll help shape how we serve clients.

You have done the estates work. You have drafted the trusts, walked families through probate, handled the guardianship that nobody else wanted to touch. Mulembo Law is building an estates, trust, guardianship, and probate practice, and we are hiring the attorney who will lead it. Not manage the overflow. Lead it. That means shaping how we intake these matters, what we charge, what we say no to, and how we market it. Our firm structure puts attorneys at the head of practice areas, and this seat is open.

Today, our caseload is primarily family law, and your caseload will start there too. That is the honest picture. The estates practice is being built, not inherited, and you are being hired to build it while carrying family law matters that fund the runway.
