We are working with a well-established, growing law firm seeking a skilled Trusts & Estates Attorney to join their Charlotte, NC office. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated attorney to join a collaborative, client-focused team handling sophisticated estate planning and estate administration matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on estate planning strategies, wealth preservation, and probate matters
• Draft complex estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related instruments
• Represent clients in probate and trust administration proceedings
• Provide tax-efficient planning advice for high-net-worth individuals and families
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal solutions
• Maintain and develop client relationships with a strong commitment to client service

Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in North Carolina (South Carolina licensure a plus)
• 3–7 years of experience in estate planning, trust and estate administration, and related areas
• Strong drafting, research, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple client matters efficiently and independently
• A client-focused mindset with a collaborative and professional demeanor
