Job summary

AlerStallings, LLC is seeking an experienced estate planning associate to support our Columbus area client base. This in-office role collaborates with a team dedicated to estate planning, administration, and elder care law.

Two years+ client-facing attorney experience and Ohio Bar admission are required; Indiana Bar is a plus. We offer a base salary of $125,000–$150,000 plus bonus incentives and generous benefits as we expand our Ohio practice.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years+ of client-facing attorney experience.
• Admission to Ohio Bar.
• Admission to Indiana Bar (not a requirement, but nice-to-have).
• Estate Planning, Administration, and Elder Care law experience is preferred.
• GRIT – accountability, ownership, problem-solving and toughness are valued.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients from leads and provide service to navigate life’s legal hurdles.
• Deliver excellent customer service with patience and clear communication.
• Manage multiple estate planning matters with prioritization and organization.
