Confidential Employer in Atlanta, GA seeks an Estate Planning & Probate Associate Attorney to join our law practice specializing in estate planning, probate, elder law, and client-focused service. You will assist clients with estate planning, probate, trusts, and estate administration; draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney; and guide families through probate procedures.

Qualifications

Active Georgia license to practice law.
1+ years of experience practicing as a licensed attorney.
Experience in estate planning, probate, trusts, or elder law preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with estate planning, probate, trusts, and estate administration matters.
Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other essential legal documents.
Guide individuals and families through estate planning decisions and probate procedures.
Conduct client consultations, evaluate legal needs, and develop practical solutions.
Support matters involving elder law, asset protection, Medicaid planning, and long-term care when appropriate.
Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to deliver exceptional client service.
Manage assigned legal matters while ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
