Estate Planning & Elder Law Center of Brevard seeks an experienced attorney to handle estate planning, probate and trust matters from initial consultation through completion. This client-facing role includes presenting at seminars and supporting client recruitment through speaking engagements.

The ideal candidate must have Florida Bar license and 5–9 years of estate planning/trusts experience, with excellent oral and written communication.

At Estate Planning & Elder Law Center of Brevard, we specialize in estate planning, elder law, probate and trust administration. The perfect fit is an experienced attorney who can handle estate planning, probate and trust administration matters from initial consultation thru completion. This role is designed for someone who wants to meet with clients and speak at seminars while still engaging in meaningful casework. We are looking for a dynamic, client-facing professional capable of delivering presentations to support client recruitment.

The ideal candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Applicant must be self-motivated and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The Attorney must maintain a customer service driven demeanor, be results oriented, innovative, detail oriented, flexible and adaptable to change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client consultation meetings for new clients and follow up reviews with existing clients
• Learn our case management processes to effectively support the team
• Handle a manageable caseload of estate plans, probate matters and trust administrations while simultaneously focusing on new business development via speaking engagements
• Collaborate with the managing attorney on case strategies and client relation
