Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active State Bar admission in good standing.
• 3+ years in estate planning, business formation, or related areas.
• Familiarity with special needs planning and Medicaid planning (preferred).
• Established private practice.
• Reciprocity with neighboring states (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide estate planning, business formation, and asset protection services to referred clients.
• Deliver compassionate, knowledgeable legal counsel that helps clients achieve peace of mind.
• Work collaboratively with our team to offer efficient, client-centered legal solutions.
