United Placement Group is seeking a Network Attorney to expand your practice while helping clients secure their futures. The role focuses on estate planning, business formation, and asset protection with a steady flow of qualified clients and back-office support.

You will provide comprehensive legal services, collaborate with our team, and manage a flexible schedule that blends with your existing practice. Active bar status and 3+ years in relevant areas are expected.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the State Bar and in good standing.
• 3+ years of experience in estate planning, business formation, or related areas of law.
• Familiarity with special needs planning and Medicaid planning (preferred).
• An established private practice.
• Reciprocity with neighboring states (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide estate planning, business formation, and asset protection services to referred clients.
