United Placement Group is seeking a Network Attorney to expand your practice and help clients secure their futures with estate planning, business formation, and asset protection. You will work with referred clients and receive comprehensive back-office support.

Candidates must have a JD, active state bar admission, and 3+ years in related areas. Reciprocity with neighboring states is a plus, and the role offers flexible integration with your current practice.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active state bar in good standing.
• 3+ years in estate planning, business formation, or related areas.
• Familiarity with special needs planning and Medicaid planning preferred.
• Established private practice; interstate reciprocity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide estate planning, business formation, and asset protection services to referred clients.
• Deliver compassionate, knowledgeable counsel and coordinate with the network team.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure efficient, client-centered solutions.
