Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, preparing inventories, and ensuring compliance with NC State Bar Rules. Candidates should have 3–5 years of paralegal experience, strong organizational and client communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Qualifications
3–5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in estate administration.
Ability to obtain NC Notary Public commission.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Meticulous attention to detail and strong proofreading ability.
Responsibilities
Draft correspondence and legal documents related to estate and trust administration.
Prepare inventories, accountings, probate filings, and tax returns.
Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, insurance companies, and court officials.
Review tax strategies and assist with compliance.
Maintain accurate records and stay current on administrative changes.
Handle estates from start to finish independently, collaborating with team members as needed.
