Get Set UK is recruiting a Delivery and Partnership Manager for the Essex IPS program. You will oversee IPS employment services across the county, leading Team Leaders, managing subcontracted delivery and ensuring contractual performance and IPS fidelity.

Regular collaboration with NHS mental health services is essential to improve employment outcomes. You will travel across Essex to support delivery teams, supervise performance and drive continuous improvement in service quality and outcomes

Qualifications

• Experience leading operational teams or Team Leaders within IPS, mental health employment support or related services.
• Experience managing subcontractors and monitoring contractual performance.
• Strong knowledge of IPS fidelity and collaboration with NHS mental health services.

Responsabilités

• Lead Team Leaders and oversee performance across internal and subcontracted delivery.
• Monitor referrals, caseloads, waiting times and employment outcomes; drive improvements.
• Coordinate with NHS clinical teams and commissioners to strengthen referral pathways.
• Ensure IPS fidelity reviews are prepared and improvements implemented.
• Maintain safeguarding, contractual compliance and accurate reporting.
