RISE Partnership seeks an EWHT Program Manager to lead development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of healthcare benefits for Oregon’s essential long-term care workers. You will supervise operations, coordinate with the Third Party Administrator, and drive equitable program design.

You will partner with unions, employers, and public agencies to ensure high-impact service delivery while overseeing enrollment, education, and data reporting. Hybrid, in Portland, OR.
