Essential Onsite - Production Operator Coordinator

As a Production Operator you will be under moderate supervision, performing setup and operation of production equipment to print, personalize, insert, and mail statements, letters, checks, and cards within specified timelines. You will manually prepare documents and/or packages for mailing while following quality service standards, safety expectations, and all company policies and procedures in an indoor warehouse or manufacturing environment with frequent exposure to moving equipment and significant noise levels.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform all basic production equipment operation, ensuring a steady workflow and maintaining production standards, including minor equipment adjustments.
• Conduct quality control inspections on credit cards while navigating the production floor, unloading materials, and maintaining the physical stamina to stand for long periods and walk up to at least 10,000 steps daily.
• Ensure quality checks before, during, and after production runs with emphasis on final customer product and meeting department standards.
• Troubleshoot basic and intermediate program and system malfunctions to restore normal functioning.
• Complete operator/job logs and other documentation, producing reports to validate damaged pieces during production runs.
• Maintain appropriate supply inventory based on established procedures and requirements.
• Manually prepare documents and card packages for mailing.
• Provide training support and workflow answers for new employees once proficient.
• Actively manage and escalates risk and customer‑impacting issues to management.
• Operate motorized production equipment such as manufacturing machines, packaging machines, pallet jack, and other non‑motorized machinery.

Basic Qualifications
