Responsibilities

Oversees caseload distribution and final assignment decisions for ESSCs.
Coordinates and leads initial and triennial data reviews and IEP development meetings.
Conducts classroom observations and monitors IEP implementation.
Manages relationships with related service providers and school psychologists.
Reviews IEPs and evaluation reports for accuracy.
Updates SIS with changes in eligibility and service provision.
Leads ESS team and supports ESSCs in pedagogy and execution.
Trains ESSCs on special education practices and communicates roles to the community.
