Insight Global in Atlanta, GA is seeking an ESS Service Technician to support the US Marshals Service. The role covers inspection, maintenance and repair of Electronic Security Systems at about 220 facilities in the South Region, including Atlanta.

You will perform onsite service on PACS, VSS, IDS, intercoms, cabling, door hardware and life-safety devices, maintain logs, and prepare field reports. Must have 3+ years' independent troubleshooting and a valid driver's license; ability to pass

Formación

• 3+ years of experience independently troubleshooting commercial security systems to include IDS, CCTV, Access Control, etc.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass security clearance

Responsabilidades

• Performs onsite service to physical access control systems (PACS), Video Surveillance Systems (VSS), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) Intercoms, infrastructure, cabling, door hardware, power, security consoles, life safety devices, detention locks/controllers, and turnstiles.
• Maintains appropriate logs of activities
• Tests, calibrates, repairs, and modifies control and instrumentation systems at onsite locations under general supervision
• Assignments are undertaken independently on a regular basis
• Prepares required field and office reports of various activities and findings
• Initiates reports and/or establishes and maintains logs and records.
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate

Hiring an ESS Service Technician to support the United States Marshals Service (USMS) which requires comprehensive inspection, maintenance, repair, and support services for Electronic Security Systems (ESS) at approximately 220 court and USMS facilities in the South Region, including Atlanta, GA.

Day to Day:

• Performs onsite service to physical access control systems (PACS), Video Surveillance Systems (VSS), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) Intercoms, infrastructure, cabling, door hardware, power, security consoles, life safety devices, detention locks/controllers, and turnstiles.
• Maintains appropriate logs of activities
• Tests, calibrates, repairs, and modifies control and instrumentation systems at onsite locations under general supervision
