Job summary

Eataly Café is hiring Team Members to serve as brand ambassadors, crafting and serving specialty beverages while following Eataly’s recipes. Team Members will work across all cafe areas, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through knowledge, hospitality, and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities include receiving orders, operating the POS, stocking stations, and maintaining a clean, organized cafe.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of coffee, tea, and drink preparation.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to follow recipes and standards precisely.
• Ability to follow DOH and company regulations.
• Ability to perform basic math and follow production directions.
• 1+ year barista experience on a manual espresso machine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service and product knowledge to guests.
• Greet, guide, and assist guests throughout their experience.
• Prepare and serve authentic espresso across multiple counters and beverages.
• Collaborate across all cafe sections, front and back of house.
• Maintain cleanliness and health/safety standards in the cafe.
