Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Basic electrical and plumbing experience required
• Must have two years of experience on refurbishment or repairing of coffee brewers or related equipment
• Knowledge on espresso, grinders, bean to cup, French Press, cold brew preferred but not required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of electrical systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as a team

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, inspect parts for wear, damage and overall condition
• Clean all components using appropriate methods and materials
• Repair equipment as needed in accordance to factory specifications
• Assemble and test equipment
• Perform thorough diagnostic test to verify equipment performance and safety standards
• Ensure all rebuilt equipment meets company standards and industry regulations
• Maintain accurate records of all inspections, repairs and tests performed
• Document accurate list of parts used
• Maintain inventory of parts at set par levels and tools necessary for specialty equipment refurbishing actives
• Package and label equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety practices and guidelines
• Assist in the tracking and Shipping of parts and equipment
• Assist in equipment inventory
• May be required to operate forklift / pallet jack
• Other duties as assigned
