Job summary

Farmer Brothers is seeking a Field Maintenance Technologist for Revive Service & Restoration. You will install and de-install commercial coffee and tea systems with careful setup and verification, own preventive maintenance, and manage urgent repairs on a regional scale, communicating clearly with customers.

You will read electrical schematics, troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, HVAC/R, and boiler systems, and coordinate multi-site rollouts while ensuring safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Install and de-install commercial coffee/tea brewing systems with precise setup and verification.
• Own preventive maintenance, urgent break/fix, field surveys, and installation projects.
• Triage issues across electrical, mechanical, HVAC/R, pneumatics, and boiler systems; read schematics; wire equipment safely.
• Maintain and replenish service vehicle inventory per guidelines.
• Document each call: work performed, time, parts; finalize invoices and obtain customer signatures.
• Coordinate with teams to plan, schedule, and execute multi-site rollouts.
• Share customer insights to improve programs and uphold SLAs.
