Qualifications

• Ability to transport large trays weighing up to 30 lbs through a crowded room on a continuous basis.
• Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and stock levels.

Responsibilities

• Brew and make coffee beverages as ordered.
• Stock pastries and replenish as needed throughout the shift.
• Ringing up orders on the computerized system.
• Maintain cleanliness of the espresso bar and surrounding areas.
• Carry dirty dishes from the dining room to the kitchen as needed.
• Replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, and glassware in the dining room.
