Job summary

Nixa Public Schools is seeking an Athletics/Activities/Junior High eSports Coach to lead program development, coordinate practices, and ensure alignment with district policies. You will work with the Program Head Coach on planning, conditioning, equipment management, and season preparation.

Qualifications

• Missouri teaching certificate preferred; previous eSports coaching experience preferred.
• Must pass background check and drug test satisfactory to the Board of Education.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the ongoing development and improvement of the eSports program through coordination, planning, evaluation, and implementation of programs.
• Assist Program Head Coach with planning and preparation for the season, off-season conditioning, equipment management, and other tasks as directed.
• Be loyal to the school's entire academic program.
