Job summary

Gravity Media in Des Moines, WA is seeking a Production Coordinator for a temporary ~10-week assignment at Riot Games facilities. You will ensure accurate delivery of services including hotel, travel, catering, and studio needs while supporting the production team for esports events, with travel possible.

Qualifications

• Experience managing data entry and competency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Demonstration of duties and responsibilities outlined in this job description.
• Previous experience as a Production Coordinator or Production Assistant for 1-2 years in broadcast.
• Solid planning and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail with accurate data representation.
• Knowledge of Photoshop and Graphic Design Tools.
• Background in hospitality (cafes/restaurants/hotels) desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Working with other crew members, inputting, and maintaining the master calendar of events.
• Manage administrative tasks associated with events/productions.
• Booking of travel and accommodation.
• High availability after-hours, and on-call for emergencies - role includes weekend work.
• Liaising with in-house stakeholders and securing needs for broadcast travel and accommodation.
• Ensuring dietary needs of visiting crews are catered for.
• Preparing draft call sheets and arriving early for broadcasts.
• Coordinate local shuttle/taxi collections and distribution of call sheets.
• Production assistant duties for facility and administrative needs on broadcast days.
• Support to talent/presenters and onboarding onsite PAs.
• Implement feedback from Producing circle for next day’s broadcast.
• Regular reporting on center performance and KPI tracking.
• Create event status reports and welcome decks for events/live shows.
• Log and report show incidents for retro review.
• Other job-related duties as assigned.
