• 1–2 years in production coordinating or broadcasting.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail with accurate data.
• Knowledge of broadcast production is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Photoshop and graphic design tools.
• Hospitality background is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the master calendar of events and schedules.
• Coordinate travel and accommodation for production crews.
• Assist with on-site logistics including catering, studio, and talent needs.
• Liaise with stakeholders to secure and update broadcast requirements.
• Prepare and distribute call sheets and event reports.
• Support talent and on-air teams during broadcasts and events.
• Onboard, schedule, and manage on-site assistants and runners.
• Log incidents and report KPIs for retro planning.
