Job summary

Post University is seeking an Esports Lab Assistant to provide administrative support for the Varsity Esports teams. The role is 10–20 hours per week and requires approval from Financial Aid for Federal Work-Study.

The position is located on the Post University Main Campus, Drubner Athletic Building Esports Lab, under the supervision of Jonathan Martin, Esports Coordinator. The rate of pay is the minimum hourly rate determined by the state of Connecticut.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student eligible for Federal Work Study.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively with students, staff and guests.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors and ensures only authorized individuals enter the esports lab.
• Ensures visitors sign in properly and that equipment stays within the esports lab.
• Reports damaged equipment, peripherals and furniture to the Esports Coordinator.
• Enforces esports lab rules and safety policies.
• Supports daily operations of the Varsity Esports teams.
• Performs other projects and duties as assigned by supervisor.
