Job summary

ASU-Beebe is seeking four Institutional Work Study students for the Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 terms to support the ESports program on campus. The roles involve assisting with events, tournaments, and programs while upholding the institution’s values.

Responsibilities include coordinating staff activities, submitting IT tickets, maintaining the Vanguard Esports Lounge, and promoting Esports at recruitment events; evening and weekend work required, at 10 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Novice or intermediate proficiency in gaming technology.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Evening and weekend work as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist full-time staff with scheduling events, tournaments, and programs.
• Ensure that student-athletes and staff behavior, as well as program reputation, align with the institution’s values and mission.
• Submit IT work order tickets for technical issues with the equipment.
• Monitor and provide general cleaning of the Vanguard Esports Lounge.
• Promote Esports and the Gaming Club at tabling and recruitment events.
