Job summary

Arkansas State University-Beebe is seeking two Institutional Work Study students for the Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 terms. One position is 15 hours per week and the other 10 hours per week, based in the Student Center on ASU Beebe campus.

Duties include greeting visitors, directing to meeting rooms, and providing general support to the Student Center Facilities & Events program, such as setting up rooms, tables, chairs, and A/V equipment.

Qualifications

• Professional verbal skills and knowledge of campus resources and offices.
• Comfortable with calmly handling upset customers and the ability to life tables and chairs.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions, direct guests to the appropriate meeting room.
• Provide general support to the Student Center Facilities & Events program including setting up rooms, tables, chairs, A/V equipment, etc.
