Job summary

Arkansas State University-Beebe is seeking two Institutional Work Study students for the Campus Recreation team. Each student will work 20 hours per week during Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 terms, assisting with equipment setup, participant sign-in, policy enforcement, and post-event equipment storage.

This position requires knowledge of intramural sports policies, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to perform outdoor work and lift equipment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of intramural sports policies and rules; willingness to learn all intramural sports offered.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to relate with peers.
• Ability to work outdoors.
• Ability to lift and move intramural equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up equipment for activities.
• Assist in signing-in of participants and verifying eligibility.
• Enforce intramural policies and procedures during contests.
• Assist in storing equipment at the conclusion of activities.
