Job summary

CEG Solutions LLC seeks a Performance Period Services Manager to own client relationships and day-to-day ESPC/UESC management after construction. You will coordinate O&M activities, vendor performance, and technical problem solving to protect performance and client experience.

You will collaborate with M&V and commissioning engineers, translate findings into updates for clients, and lead annual reporting while managing budgets and contract compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of account/client management, facilities/OMM, construction, or energy contracting.
• Experience managing subcontractors and vendors to scope, schedule, and service levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive issues to resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication translating technical info for clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact and account manager for assigned ESPCs/UESCs across multi-year term.
• Coordinate O&M activities, ECMs, and vendor performance with internal teams.
• Triage technical issues, allocate resources, and drive items to closure.
• Translate technical findings into client-facing updates with M&V/commissioning teams.
• Lead annual reporting, schedule deliverables, and present results to customers.
• Oversee budgets, invoicing, and cost control for OM&R in partnership with admin.
• Ensure contract compliance under ESPC terms and agency-provisions.
• Coordinate responses to service requests, scope changes, and documentation.
• Identify renewal/expansion opportunities and work with development teams.
