Job summary

CEG Solutions is seeking a Performance Period Services Manager in Arlington, VA for hybrid work. You will own client relationships, manage ESPCs/UESCs after construction, oversee O&M, and drive issues to resolution with M&V and commissioning engineers.

You will lead reporting, budgeting, and contract compliance in a multi-year performance period. The role requires a strong background in energy contracting, project/account management, and vendor oversight, with travel as needed and a focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, business, construction management, STEM or related field.
• 5+ years in account management, facilities/O&M, construction/project management, or energy performance contracting.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors/service vendors to scope, schedule, and service levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication translating technical info to clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary account manager for ESPCs and UESCs during the performance period, building relationships with owners and staff.
• Oversee OM&R activities, scheduling work, and ensuring vendor accountability to scope and SLAs.
• Triage issues from clients/engineers/technicians; coordinate resources and drive to closure.
• Collaborate with M&V and commissioning teams to translate findings for client updates and prioritization.
• Lead annual reporting and ensure on-time delivery of performance results to customers.
• Control budgets and vendor invoicing; track OM&R costs and contract administration.
• Ensure compliance with ESPC/UESC terms and security requirements for government projects.
• Coordinate changes and document technical/contractual updates for service requests.
• Identify renewal/expansion opportunities and work with BD teams to pursue them.
