Job summary

Percepta in Dearborn, MI is seeking an ESP Program Liaison to become the subject matter expert on Ford/Lincoln Protect policies, guiding Ford Management, ASM's and hotline staff. The role centers on delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting program launches and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college coursework desired.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert on FLP/ESC policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance to Ford Management, ASM’s, and hotline staff.
• Analyze exception requests from Area Sales Managers in the field.
• Coordinate with Ford/ Lincoln Protect program launches and vendor testing.
• Submit and track manual check requests and entries in CCAP System.
• Document and maintain all Ford/Lincoln Protect Program Liaison processes.
• Respond to program correspondence in a timely and accurate manner.
