• Ability to manage multiple technical priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Design ESP systems and conduct ESP offset well analysis.
• Perform engineering modeling calculations and identify risks.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery, Sales, and field teams.
• Document engineering calculations and design changes.
• Provide on-demand technical support for ESP installations and startups.
• Support incident resolution and field investigations.
• Communicate risks and mitigation steps to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for ESP improvements and recurring failures.
