Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related subject is required.
• Broad knowledge of well completion to troubleshoot and support field ops.
• Valid driver's license is required.

• Computer literacy and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• System Optimization: analyze well performance and tune ESP design to improve efficiency and run life.
• Mentoring and Training: lead and mentor engineering teams and provide technical guidance.
• Client Support: collaborate with customers to solve operational challenges and suggest improvements.
• Data Analysis: use field data and software tools to ensure ESP systems run at peak efficiency.
