Job summary

You will collaborate across teams to ensure clear roadmaps for execution, manage client relations, and drive operational excellence with urgency and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Architecture Engineering/Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in pre-construction project management in a commercial construction environment.
• Advanced knowledge of pre-construction and estimating techniques and strategies.
• Familiarity with construction contract language and ability to assess risk in language.
• Ability to read and understand construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide conceptual budgets in accelerated timeframes with minimal design and project parameters.
• Synthesize complex plans and specifications to develop accurate estimates.
• Analyze and vet subcontractor proposals to ensure complete scope of work.
• Manage multiple project pursuits by multi-tasking and prioritizing.
• Use critical path scheduling to estimate durations for client proposals.
• Attend client interviews/meetings and assist in developing presentations.
