Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor (GC) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Sciences, or related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing project budgets, contracts, schedules, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining budget, schedule, and scope.
• Partner with owners, architects, engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Manage project financials including buyout, change orders, subcontractor invoices, and owner pay applications.
• Facilitate project meetings, maintain documentation, and provide clear communication to all stakeholders.
• Build strong client relationships and proactively address project needs throughout the construction process.
