Job summary

IMEG Corporation, a 100% employee-owned firm, is offering a Summer 2027 Chemical Engineering Intern opportunity in Boulder, CO. The 10-12 week program provides hands-on project work in process design, PFDs, P&IDs, and cost estimation, with mentorship and a clear path to full-time roles.

You will work with engineers across disciplines on industrial life sciences and pharmaceutical production support, enrolling in an ESOP-backed, in-office internship with potential for future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years towards BS degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Familiar with CAD software and BIM.
• Strong interest in design consulting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with discipline system design according to code and IMEG standards.
• Develop PFDs and P&IDs.
• Support cost estimate development and vendor quote solicitation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Perform field work documenting existing conditions.
