Job summary

ReNEW Schools seeks an ESOL Instructional Coordinator to support curriculum coordination, instructional programming, and professional development across ESOL and mainstream settings. You will help align ESOL services with district goals and supervise ESOL teachers.

The role requires a Missouri ELL K-12 certification and a master’s in Education or TESOL, with at least five years of teaching and two years in educational leadership. Office-based role with standard school hours.

Qualifications

• Five years of teaching experience and two years in educational leadership.
• Missouri ELL K-12 certification and a master’s in Education or TESOL.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ESOL curriculum and provide instructional support.
• Lead ESOL professional development and mentor teachers.
• Analyze W-APT and ACCESS results to inform instruction.
• Assist in ESOL scheduling and resources.
