Job summary

Kickapoo Traditional Tribe of Texas is seeking a Tutorial Teacher to provide ESL instruction and targeted academic support. You will collaborate with the TSS team to develop IEPs, plan lessons, and ensure accommodations and resources meet diverse learner needs.

The role requires maintaining data on student progress, communicating with families, and contributing to a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement within the Tribal Education Administration.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching ESL to non-native English speakers.
• Ability to collaborate with the TSS team and staff.
• Ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate records.
• Strong cultural awareness of Kickapoo traditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional support, acceleration, and remediation as needed.
