Job summary

The County College of Morris Foundation is seeking an ESL Non-Credit – Workforce Development Instructor to create and teach courses in English Language Learning for Workforce Development. This role involves teaching students from Early Beginner to Advanced levels in a flexible schedule that may include day, evening, or weekend classes.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in ESL or a related field and have experience teaching non-traditional adult students. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to students’ needs are crucial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field required.
• Professional certifications for content taught are mandatory.
• At least 1 year of experience with non-traditional adult students preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and teach courses in English Language Learning for various levels.
• Develop class schedules that may include evenings and weekends.
